At King’s Candy, we want you to be happy with your order. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable goods unless the item is faulty, damaged in a way that affects its quality, or incorrect. However, for non-perishable items such as merchandise or accessories, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

1. Returns Policy

We only accept returns if:

  • The product you received is faulty, spoiled, or damaged in a way that affects its consumption.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You purchased a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or accessories) and request a return within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind on perishable goods

  • Taste preference

  • Minor cosmetic damage (such as small dents in cans, slightly crushed packaging, or damaged outer boxes) where the product remains edible


2. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order is faulty, damaged beyond cosmetic issues, or incorrect:

We will review your case and offer a refund, replacement, or resolution where appropriate.


3. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for any loss or damage unless you notify us within the following timeframes:

  • Loss of part or all of your order: Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Damage to all or part of your order: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items & Perishable Goods

Most of the products we sell are perishable goods, such as food and confectionery. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, except where they are faulty, damaged in a way that affects their quality, or incorrect.

For non-perishable items (such as merchandise, accessories, or non-food products), you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

The following items are non-returnable in all circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • Custom products (personalised items or special orders)

  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items


5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you would like to replace an item, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest solution is to request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Refunds

If your return is accepted:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

A restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
