At King’s Candy, we aim to get your treats to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information about how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.
1. Delivery Estimates
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and apply to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays).
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time you place your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for future international orders).
2. Shipping Charges (UK Mainland & Northern Ireland)
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order. Standard rates for parcels are as follows:

Royal Mail Standard: £3.99

Royal Mail Express: £4.99

DPD Fully Tracked: £5.99
- Courier Shipping (Weight dependant): £5.49 - £9.99
Shipping costs for larger or heavier orders will be calculated at checkout.
3. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
During busy periods or exceptional circumstances, dispatch times may be longer.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 72 hours.
However, delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@americancandyuk.co.uk.
We are unable to classify a parcel as lost or undelivered until 14 days have passed from the date of dispatch, as advised by our shipping partners.
